The exhibition provides a unique glimpse into the cathedral's past, starting from the laying of its foundation stone in 1163 to the ongoing restoration efforts. It also offers an opportunity to meet the generations of builders, both past and present, who have dedicated their energy to the cathedral.

Starting from April 15, 2023, on the fourth anniversary of the cathedral fire, until July 2023, the Institut français Berlin will host an exhibition titled "Notre-Dame de Paris - A Cathedral's Journey Around the World." This exhibition seamlessly combines physical displays with the immersive and interactive capabilities of the HistoPad, a connected tablet. Visitors can embark on a captivating journey through the cathedral's 850-year history, from its construction in the 12th century to the restoration following the devastating fire of 2019.

The creation of "Notre-Dame de Paris - A Cathedral Around the World" was accomplished by Histovery, a French start-up, with the exclusive support of L'Oréal group. The exhibition was developed in collaboration with the Établissement public chargé de la conservation et de la restauration de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.
