The exhibition presents Oman’s historical contribution to maritime trade, cultural exchange and heritage preservation through a collection of photographs, traditional artefacts and multimedia displays. Hosted in the Pas Perdus Hall at UNESCO Headquarters, the event brings together diplomats, UNESCO representatives and visitors from across the international community.

The initiative highlights the long-standing cooperation between Oman and UNESCO in safeguarding both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. By presenting the country's traditions and historical connections with different civilisations, the exhibition demonstrates how culture can foster mutual understanding and peaceful international relations.
