The international exhibition project « Bauhaus imaginista » attracts attention with its unusual, intricate format and original content of architectural and artistic current of Bauhaus.

It is held at the center of contemporary art in Germany, the House of World Cultures (Haus der Kulturen der Welt, John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10.10557 Berlin).

The project in an accessible form representing the history of Bauhaus in the context of the events of the 20th century, which had a significant impact on geopolitical changes. Separate expositions are devoted to an experimental approach to art and technology, a new language of visual communication and digital design using kinetic sculptures, photographs, sound and light.

Exhibitions of Bauhaus architecture and design have already been successfully held in Japan, Russia, China and Brazil.

The German School of Design and Architecture Bauhaus was founded in Weimar in 1919. Its ideological inspirers were famous architects Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Hannes Meyer, Walter Gropius. According to their plan, the Bauhaus current is based on a combination of architecture, sculpture, and painting, a rejection of all excesses. Among the teachers of this school were great avant-garde artists such as V. Kandinsky and E. Lissitzky.

Opening hours: daily from 11.00 to 19.00, except Tuesday.
Entrance tickets: for adults - 9 euros, preferential - 7 euros, up to 16 years - admission is free.
On Mondays - admission is free.
