Keynote speakers who will inspire the audience include Dr. Ramanuj Banerjee, Counsellor at the Embassy of India, Swami Baneshananda, Head of the Vedanta Society in Berlin, Ambassador Harish Parvathanemi and Swami Sarvapriyananda, Minister and Head of the Ramakrishna Vedanta Society in New York.

The talk is part of the side events of the retreat with Swami Sarvapriyananda, which will take place at the Berlin Ashrama from 30 August to 1 September 2024. On 3 September 2024, the Swami will also deliver a lecture entitled “The Atman: Knowing Myself” in the Ashrama Yoga Hall.

Swami Sarvapriyananda has been the Minister and spiritual head of the Vedanta Society of New York since January 2017. He joined the Ramakrishna Order in India in 1994 and received Sannyasa Diksha (final monastic vows) in 2004. He served as Acharya (teacher) of the monastic probationer training centre at Belur Math, India, the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math. He has also served in various capacities in various educational institutions run by the Ramakrishna Order in India and as the Assistant Minister of the Vedanta Society of Southern California. During 2019-2020 he was a Nagral Fellow at the Harvard Divinity School, USA.
