H.E. Vuyile Dumisani Dlamini is an Eswatini lawyer and diplomat serving as Permanent Representative in Geneva and as Ambassador accredited to Austria. He holds a law degree from the University of Eswatini and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Before his diplomatic posting, he served as Legal Adviser in Eswatini's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, on several occasions, as Acting Principal Secretary. His earlier public-service career included work as Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Health and positions in the Attorney-General's Chambers, giving him extensive experience in government law, treaty matters and public administration.

History

Austria and Eswatini maintain friendly but comparatively limited bilateral relations. Cooperation has included development projects, economic contacts, renewable energy, education and tourism, while political dialogue often takes place through non-resident diplomatic accreditation and multilateral organisations. Relations are also shaped by Austria's broader engagement with Southern Africa and by cooperation within United Nations and European development frameworks.
