H.E. Ms. Rosalia Concepción Bohórquez Palacios is a prominent and highly articulate diplomat representing the Republic of Nicaragua in the multilateral arena. Known for her firm commitment to defending national sovereignty and international law, she assumed her high-level duties in Geneva with an unyielding mandate to project Nicaragua’s independent foreign policy.
Before her promotion to the rank of Ambassador and Permanent Representative, Ambassador Bohórquez Palacios served as the Minister Counselor within the same Permanent Mission in Geneva, acquiring meticulous, hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of International Geneva’s governance. Throughout her diplomatic tenure, she has consistently been an outspoken and resolute voice on behalf of the Nicaraguan state within various United Nations committees.
