Amb. Mr. Ivan Romero Martinez
Ivan Romero-Martinez is one of Honduras's most experienced career diplomats, having entered diplomatic service in the early 1970s. Over several decades he has represented Honduras in numerous countries and multilateral settings, including postings in Europe, Latin America and at the United Nations in Geneva. His career has included ambassadorial assignments to Spain, Egypt, Colombia and the United Kingdom.
History
Bilateral ties between Honduras and the United Kingdom are historic and highly collaborative, reinforced by shared treaties and modernized Central American trade frameworks. The embassy operates out of a centralized, prominent chancery suite situated on Baker Street in Marylebone.
