Julia Emma Villatoro Tario, born on October 23, 1972, in San Salvador, El Salvador, is a distinguished Salvadoran professional fluent in Spanish, German, and English.

Julia holds a Bachelor in Law from Universidad Centro Americana “José Simeón Cañas” and a Language Diploma in Legal English from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Colombia.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master's in Theological Studies at Seminario Bíblico Bautista Vida Nueva.

Her career includes significant diplomatic roles such as Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg, Head of Mission to the European Union, and Deputy Permanent Representative at the United Nations in Vienna. She also has extensive legal experience, having served as Chief of the Legal & Investigation Division at the Competition Authority and Senior Lawyer in the Constitutional Chamber at the Supreme Court of Justice in El Salvador.

Julia has also been an educator, teaching Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Notary Law at institutions like Universidad Doctor José Matías Delgado and Universidad Francisco Gavidia. She has contributed to key legislative initiatives, including the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation of Competition Law in El Salvador.
