The Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Berlin has issued a note verbale greeting the Protocol Department of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, the diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the Federal Republic of Germany to inform them of the arrival of Louise Nzanga Ramazani, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the Federal Republic of Germany, on April 23.
