This August, the Embassy of Peru in Berlin invites art enthusiasts to experience Mundos Paralelos—a unique exhibition showcasing the vibrant creativity of eight Peruvian artists. The vernissage will take place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 6 pm, offering a rich exploration of memory, identity, and artistic expression through diverse styles and perspectives.

Held in the elegant Sala “María Reiche” at the Peruvian Embassy, Mundos Paralelos brings together the works of Erika Medelius, George Makhlouf, Esmeralda Deike, Constantino Laura, Katia Ugarte, Guillermo Palacios, Patricia Jenkins, and Nora Sidoine. Each artist presents a distinct voice, creating a fascinating dialogue that reflects Peru’s cultural depth and contemporary art scene.

The exhibition will be open to the public from August 22 to 28, Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 1 pm, and 3 pm and 5 pm, welcoming visitors to immerse themselves in these “parallel worlds” of Peruvian art.

Organized in collaboration with the art platform Red Tree and its director Julio Noriega, Mundos Paralelos exemplifies the growing cultural exchange between Peru and Germany. The Embassy of Peru warmly encourages the public to attend this vibrant celebration of artistic heritage and innovation.
