On Friday, 10 October 2025, the Nigerian Embassy in Berlin will host Naija Health Day, a free health outreach program designed specifically for Nigerians living in Germany.

Organized in collaboration with the NGO Africans in Deutschland e.V., the event will take place from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Embassy’s premises on Neue Jakobstraße 4, Berlin. It will offer free health check-ups, consultations with Nigerian doctors and nurses, and practical advice on how to navigate the German healthcare system.

The day will begin at 10:00 AM with opening remarks from a representative of the Nigerian Embassy, followed by an introduction from the organizing team and a brief overview of the agenda. From 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, participants will have access to medical professionals, wellness information, and health screenings — all in a culturally familiar environment.

This initiative is aimed at students, workers, families, and all Nigerians living in Germany who wish to take better care of their health. Attendees are encouraged to bring any questions or concerns they wish to discuss with healthcare professionals. While participation is free, registration is required, and space is limited.

By supporting Naija Health Day, the Nigerian Embassy in Berlin reinforces its role in community engagement. The event highlights how embassies can serve as bridges not only in political and economic matters but also in public health and social wellbeing.
