Did you know that October 10th is World Mental Health Day? In honor of this important occasion, the Mexican Embassy in Berlin is organizing a series of online talks throughout October, focusing on emotional well-being for migrants. Every Wednesday from 9:10 to 10:00 am (German time), the embassy will provide a virtual space for participants to gain insights into mental health, migration challenges, and the importance of emotional care.

The forum format of the sessions is designed to encourage interactive participation, allowing attendees to share their personal experiences and learn from one another. Topics covered will range from coping mechanisms for emotional stress during migration to building resilience in a new cultural environment. The online talks aim to equip migrants with valuable information and emotional support as they navigate their journey.

All sessions will be conducted via Google Meet, and participants are welcome to join any or all of the talks they choose. This initiative by the embassy reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting the mental health of its citizens abroad during crucial life transitions.
