“Investments with Tax Benefits” Workshop organised by the Embassy of Peru in Germany
The workshop was targeted to the Latin American community in Germany

On October 25th, the Embassy of Peru in Germany has organised a free workshop about “Investments with Tax Benefits” at the “Maria Reiche” conference room of the Embassy building. The event joined together Peruvians and other residents of Latin America in Germany, that are in interest of enlarging their knowledge and abilities about tax benefits applicable to various investments in that country.
Mikhail Iankovski, a financial expert at ERGO, one of the leading insurance and financial services companies in Germany and with a significant presence in Europe, led the session and made sure that the participants will acquire the necessary tools for an efficient management of the personal finances in an economic challenging context. The aim was to facilitate understanding of the tax structures and investment options available in Germany.
In addition, it sought to ensure that those who make up the Peruvian community in this country are well-equipped to optimise their financial planning and capital accumulation, key elements for successful economic integration.
During the session, key issues such as investment security, profitability and flexibility were explored, with special emphasis on the tax advantages associated with different forms of savings and investment.
The workshop is part of a series of educational initiatives that the Embassy has programmed to support the Peruvian community in Germany, providing tools to help their integration in this country.
