ENERGIETAGE 2025, the Largest Energy and Climate Congress in the German-Speaking World

More than 500 speakers, 100 events and hundreds of experts will meet to discuss the present and future of the energy transition

The city of Berlin will be the epicentre of the European energy debate with the ENERGIETAGE 2025 congress. From 26 to 28 May, more than a hundred face-to-face activities organised by public, scientific and energy sector institutions will take place at various venues. The event, which is free and open to the public, will address the technical, political and social challenges of the energy and climate transition.

Is a unique opportunity to learn first-hand about the direction of the energy transition in Germany and Europe. The event includes round tables, technical panels, keynote speeches and hybrid activities on topics such as digitalisation, energy efficiency, smart grids, solar energy, geothermal energy, storage, climate justice and urban innovation. Representatives of federal ministries, heads of energy companies, researchers from institutions will discuss concrete solutions to achieve the climate goals. Highlights include ‘Roadmap 2029: How can we optimise communication and promotion of the thermal transition’, organised by co2online non-profit GmbH; ‘Digitalisation as a key factor in the energy transition | Copernicus technologies for grid, industry, storage and households’, by Copernicus Projects - Research Initiative for the Energy Transition; and ‘Innovations for energy-saving and climate-friendly construction in Germany’, presented by the Federal Ministry of Housing, Building and Construction (BMWSB).
