The Ambassador
Amb. Lorenzo Livio Maria Ravano
Amb. Lorenzo Livio Maria Ravano has been the Ambassador of the Principality of Monaco since the 21st of June 2022.
After finishing his studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration from the International University of Monaco, and a General Degree in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille III, he was the Chief Editor, then Head of Division at the Stamp Issuing Office of the Principality of Monaco between 1996 and 2008. He continued his work as the Counsellor, then First Counsellor at the Embassy of Monaco in the United States of America and Canada until 2017. Until 2022, he served as the First Counsellor, then Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Monaco in Germany, Austria and Poland, before finally presenting his accreditation as Ambassador of Monaco to Germany.
Amb. Ravano is married with three children, and speaks French, English, Italian, German and Spanish.
History
The Embassy of the Principality of Monaco in Berlin is one of the 141 diplomatic representations of the Principality around the world. There are six others representations in Germany: in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart and Potsdam.
