On July 26, 2025, the Mexican Embassy in Berlin, in collaboration with the Kulturinstitut von Mexiko, transformed Klingelhöferstraße into a vibrant tapestry of music, culture, and unity as part of the Christopher Street Day festivities.

From 13:00 to 19:00, the traditional stage in front of the embassy hosted an eclectic lineup of musical talents, each bringing a unique sound to the embassy’s Pride celebration.

Mexican DJ Better than Lex opened the afternoon with an upbeat, melodic set, followed by Maja Maneiro, whose soulful and dynamic performance blended Latin influences with contemporary rhythms.

As the celebration gained momentum, DJ Putilla turned the courtyard into an open-air dance floor, paving the way for Tom Peters, a familiar face at Pride events—from NYC’s legendary BOOM! Pride to recurring appearances at Berlin’s own CSD celebrations.

Indian DJ Pooja B then elevated the atmosphere with a fusion of electronic textures and global sounds, before Femalien, one of Mexico’s most promising new underground techno artists, closed the evening with a high-energy set.

This CSD Pride event perfectly captured the spirit of Christopher Street Day—joyful, inclusive, and unapologetically bold. By turning the Mexican Embassy into a stage for culture and pride, the celebration exemplified how creative outreach can amplify queer voices.
