Certificate Awarding Ceremony to Kyrgyz Participants of Management Training Program

On May 4th, 2016 in Köln, the staff of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Germany took part in the ceremony of awarding certificates to participants of management training Program from Kyrgyzstan, implemented with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany and the German Society for International cooperation (GIZ).

The group of 6 representatives from Kyrgyzstan, holding senior positions in various companies in the fields of agriculture, construction, food Supply and information technology, participated in the planned training workshops within the framework of the above programs from 10th of April to 5th of May this year in Koln. Within the framework of the program, participants From Kyrgyzstan visited a number of enterprises in Hamburg and in other surrounding areas in order to study and share the experience of managing and organizing different fields of activities from German Specialists. Moreover, Participants had an opportunity to establish individual business contacts with German companies.

The management training program has been successfully implemented in Kyrgyzstan since 2007. During the years of work in Kyrgyzstan, the program has established itself as a reliable tool to expand and strengthen the existing economic ties and establish new business contacts with Germany.

The program also contributes to the attraction of new technologies, the introduction of modern management systems, which is beneficial not only to the development of enterprises, but also to the Kyrgyz economy as a whole. Participants from among young Kyrgyz entrepreneurs in leadership positions are selected twice annually. Selection of participants from Kyrgyzstan held by the German side in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
