Canada Marks 20th Anniversary of Its Embassy in Berlin

This week, the Embassy of Canada in Germany proudly celebrated the 20th anniversary of its presence at Leipziger Platz in Berlin. The landmark building, designed by a collective of Canadian architects, stands as a powerful symbol of unity, openness, and the enduring friendship between Canada and Germany. Located at the historic juncture between East and West Berlin, the embassy has played a vital role in strengthening diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties over the past two decades.
The anniversary event brought together distinguished guests and longtime embassy staff members, some of whom have contributed to 🇨🇦🇩🇪 relations for over 20 years. Among the attendees were former Ambassador Paul Dubois, chargée d’affaires Evelyne Coulombe, and current diplomatic representatives.
