News from Berlin - For the 10th anniversary of the Chamäleon Theater, the Rath Gallery organised an exhibition dedicated to photographs of young artists' first exhibitions in Berlin. The exhibition will be running during November 2014.

Darcy Gran, an Australian photographer, artist and co-founder of the acrobat circus company Circa is coming to Berlin from Brisbane. The artist picked up the camera to look at the physicality of acrobatics from an unfamiliar angle. He caught moments of creativity, work and the absolute exhaustion, in the midst of the most talented and most powerful acrobats and artists in the world. Grant's recordings are considered a conglomerate of space and physicality, the visual experiential narrative of commonality, body, light and shadow. In the center of his recordings is the physical and visual balance.

Chamäleon theater is located in Hackesche Hofe in Berlin-Mitte, one of the most interesting areas of the city from an architectural point of view. It consists of several interconnected courtyards, built during the industrial expansion in the beginnings of the 20th century. Chamäleon music hall is the first building Engell'schen Hof, named for its architect.

The exhibition will be opened from Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 6pm. The entry is free. For further information you can access Chamäleon Theater website.
