Marc Soisson, Kanako Ishii, Mareike Jacobi, Karwath+Todisko, Katja Kollowa, Christian Meyer, Virginie Mossé, Katja Pudor, Andrea van Reimersdahl and Richard Schütz are the artists that are coming together for the 0+255 art exhibition. They all come from different artistic fields and will present their art under the theme of black and white at the Embassy of Luxembourg in Berlin.

Ten different art compositions ranging from paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, films, installations to printmaking will be exhibited in the Embassy of Luxembourg in Berlin. The focus of the exhibition lies on the theme of black, white and colorless. 0 is the number that corresponds to the RGB color black and 255 is RGB white, hence the name of the exhibition. Andrea van Reimersdahl, the curator, explains that the reason for the colorless exhibition is that color often distracts from the art, and this exhibition aims at conveying the artists intentions more intensively.

The group exhibition is sponsored by the District office Pankow of Berlin, the Office on Higher Education and Culture (Amt für Weiterbildung und Kultur), FB Kunst und Kultur, the Hans und Charlotte Krull Stiftung and the Embassy of Luxembourg in Germany. The premier of the exhibition is on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at 19.00 o’clock and starts with a performance by Karen Linnenkohl. It is open for visitors from March 1st to March 17th on Thursday to Sunday 14.00 – 19.00. It can be found in the Meinblau e.V. Projektraum at Christinenstraße 18/19, 10119 Berlin, in the Embassy of Luxembourg.
