On the 31st of August, more than 80 museums and cultural institutions will open their doors throughout the night.

Once a year, cultural and artistic institutions across Berlin offer this opportunity to visitors, who can, at a reduced price, visit many of its permanent exhibitions. Alongside these, artistic performances will also be on display until early in the morning. Musicians and dancers are to produce temporary works of art and display their talent. And so, visitors not only get the opportunity to take a closer look at paintings, sculptures and installations, but also to witness a number of art performances and concerts. The artistic programme includes highlights suitable for all age groups.

In the Kulturforum at Potsdamer Platz, it is possible to buy tickets for the event and receive detailed information about its programme. A shuttle bus service connects all participating museums and venues throughout the city and helps visitors reach all destinations comfortably.

The date and start time of the event is: 31 August 2019 at 18:00. Regular admission charge is 18 Euros, and reduced admission charge is 12 Euros (free admission for children under 12).
