The Polish Film Festival in Berlin

News from Berlin - Yesterday saw the opening of the ninth edition of the Polish Film Festival in Berlin and Potsdam. Between April 23rd and April 30th, cinephiles and more casual movie-goers alike can enjoy a wide range of feature films, student films and documentaries as well as a workshop with Polish documentary maker Jacek Petrycki. On top of that, there are panel discussions and various other events.

With the 2014 edition, the Polish Film Festival continues its expansion and growth. This edition lasts longer, has more locations and more films to see: nine days to screen 120 films in nine locations.

Showings take place in nine different movie theatres around Berlin and Potsdam: Babylon, Kino Arsenal, Zeughauskino, Kino FSK, Club der polnischen Versager, Brotfabrik, Filmclub K18, Thalia Potsdam and AckerStadtPalast.
