The Opening of Russian Spiritual Culture Days in Germany

The « Russian Spiritual Culture Days» program is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Russia in the framework of the international cultural project "Russian Seasons »

On March 7, this year, the opening event of « Russian Spiritual Culture Days » was held in Berlin, in the Russian House of Science and Culture.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Russian Minister of Culture of Russia A.Yu.Manilova, the Ambassador of Russia to Germany S.Yu.Nechaev, as well as representatives of the Russian museum community.

The days of Russian spiritual culture are a beautiful and very harmonious fit into the idea of “ Russian Seasons”, because it is absolutely obvious that culture cannot but have a spiritual foundation ”  emphasized A.Yu.Manilova.
Ambassador S.Yu.Nechaev addressed in his speech the unifying role of spiritual culture in the relations between the Russian and Germanic peoples, expressing the hope that the program of events would meet the expectations of the discerning German public.

Within the framework of the « Russian Spiritual Culture Days », two expositions were opened in the Russian House of Science and Culture: “Kizhi Pogost - the eighth wonder of the world”, and the exhibition of children's drawings “The Soul of Russia”, where the best works of students of art schools are displayed.
