Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres is the current Chancellor of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Nicaragua and Permanent Representative to the OAS. He served as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff from 1985 to 1987 and as the General Commander.

Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres was born in Murra, Ciudad de Nueva Segovia, Department of Nicaragua, on November 28, 1948, he joined as Vice Chancellor of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Nicaragua.

In 2018 the Organization of American States (OAS), when for the first time the President of the Permanent Council called for an Extraordinary Session to discuss the report on Human Rights, on June 22 Representing the Government of Nicaragua arguing that the State of Nicaragua continues to function within the framework of the political constitution of Nicaragua, which the IACHR held responsible to the Nicaraguan Government for the serious, systematic violations of Human Rights.
