2001 The International University of Kyrgyzstan, Master’s degree, “Jurisprudence”.

2017 Graduated from the Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University named after the First President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin, “Postgraduate diploma”, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

1998–2005: Attaché, Third Secretary, Second Secretary, First Secretary, CIS Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2005–2008: First Secretary, Chargé d'affaires, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2008–2008: Head of the multilateral cooperation division, CIS Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
