Famous Japanese Musician Yoshiki Performs Classical Concert in Berlin

News from Berlin - Yoshiki Hayashi, the renowned Japanese musician with an iconic status, will perform his exclusive classical concert in Berlin at the Tempodrom on May 23rd. Referred to by his stage name Yoshiki, this multi-instrumentalist has sold over 30 million records worldwide with his band X Japan, which also has the record of having the most sold-out concerts at the famous Tokyo Dome. In fact, Yoshiki is one the most influential musicians in Asia. By performing his exclusive concert at the Tempodrom, the pianist will present songs and pieces from his current classical album called ‘Yoshiki Classical’. The door at the Tempodrom will open at the 7pm.

In addition to being a musician, Yoshiki is songwriter, composer and record producer. He is best known for being the bandleader and co-founder of the heavy metal band X Japan, which became successful in the late 1980s. Yoshiki's solo career includes two classical studio albums and he has collaborated, for instance, with Roger Taylor, drummer from the rock band Queen. Yoshiki also composed and performed a classical song for the 10th anniversary of Emprero Akihito’s enthronement, as well as composed the original musical theme for the 69th Golden Globe Awards.
