A New Edition of the Kunst am Spreeknie Festival

News from Berlin – The July edition of the traditional art festival on the river Spree is set to open on July 10th. Until July 13th the festival areas will be flooded with more than 100 open studios, performances, concerts, installations and themed tours. The opening of the 7th edition of this year’s festival will take place at Rathenau Halls in Wilhelminenhofstraße 83 on July 10th at 7 hours in the evening. The entrance is free for everyone.

The Kunst am Spreeknie – Schöneweide Art Festival 2014 is organized by the network Schöneweide Kreativ together with Schöneweide Artists e.V. The core areas of the festival are Nalepastraße Rathenau 2.0, where art lovers can go on a tour in the core of the historical Elektropolis Schöneweide, situated on both sides of the Spree. The festival is supported by more than 250 local artists, but also international  artists such as Nathalie Noé Adam, originally from Luxemburg. Her works have been exhibited in many European capitals, including Paris, London and Vienna. During this month’s festival she will show her work and her studio featuring open studio painting, sound art, graphic and fashion design.
